Evidence-based, client-centered psychotherapeutic counselling,

we'll work together to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward.

I know you’ve been carrying a lot.

Quietly, bravely, and maybe even with a smile while continuing to push through.

But underneath, something feels tangled, looming, heavy, or just… off.

Maybe it’s anxiety that won’t quiet down. Or maybe it’s the weight of past trauma showing up in your relationships, your sleep, or your sense of self.

Maybe you’re just exhausted from trying to figure it all out alone.

You don’t have to anymore.

At Journey with Jess Counselling, therapy isn’t about fixing you, because you’re not broken.

It’s about meeting yourself with compassion, maybe for the first time in a long time, if ever.

Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or a quiet sense of feeling stuck, this is a space where your inner world is met with care, clarity, and curiosity, at your own pace and on your own terms.

Meet Jessica Demille

My approach to therapy isn’t about fixing you: it’s about getting curious together & discovering what is going on underneath the surface.

Hi, I’m Jessica.

With 15 years of experience in mental health, developmental services, and youth support, I have worked with individuals and families across a wide range of needs and life transitions.

These experiences have shaped my approach as a therapist and helps me to be grounded, collaborative, and responsive to each person’s unique story.

I practice as a holistic, integrative therapist, drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches to support healing of the mind, body, and spirit, tailored to what works best for each client.

And I work with people who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, grief, trauma and difficult life transitions.
