Client Services
It’s not easy to face the parts of ourselves that are hurting or to admit that our usual ways of coping no longer feel like enough. You may feel stuck, unsure where to turn next, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. As a psychotherapist, I’m here to offer a safe, supportive space where you can begin to explore, heal, and grow at your own pace.
Therapy is your time to be seen, heard, and supported.
Individual Therapy
$160 - 50 minute sessions
Individual therapy provides a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, self-esteem challenges, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you reconnect with your values, gain clarity, and build meaningful change.
I work with children (10+), teens, and adults using a compassionate and integrative approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. Our work together may involve building emotional awareness, strengthening coping strategies and unpacking unhelpful patterns.
Couples Therapy
$190 - 50 minute sessions
Navigating a relationship can be deeply rewarding, but also incredibly challenging. Whether you're facing persistent conflicts, communication breakdowns, or simply feeling disconnected, seeking support doesn’t mean your relationship is failing. Reaching out for help often reflects a commitment to growth and connection.
I support couples at all stages—whether you're looking to strengthen your bond, rebuild trust, or explore whether the relationship is still the right fit for both partners. Together, we work toward creating a more fulfilling and emotionally connected partnership that aligns with your shared values and goals.
Family Therapy
$250 - 50 minute sessions
Every family has its own unique story and sometimes, the challenges within that story can feel overwhelming. Whether you're navigating conflict, life transitions, or strained relationships, family therapy offers a space for open dialogue, healing, and reconnection.
My approach to family therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in understanding each person’s perspective. Together, we explore patterns, roles, and dynamics that may contribute to distress and work toward creating healthier communication, stronger bonds, and a more supportive family environment.
